FOR PURPOSE OF HOLD- ING A FLEA MART. BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows: That Sec. 17-63 of the Town Code pertaining to Itinerant Vendors is hereby waived for Citizens for Recreation, Inc. for the purpose of holding a flea mart on a lot located on Wast Loudoun Street between the Fire Department and Jones Texaco Station on Saturdays and Sundays from May 15 through September 30, 1976, provided that proper ar- rangements for ingress and egress and parking facilities are approved by the Chief of Police and the Director of Public Works of the Town of Leesburg.
