TOWN OF LEESBURG

GRANTING WAIVER OF SEC. 17-63 OF THE TOWN CODE TO
LEESBURG VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY FOR CARNIVAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That Sec. 17-63 of the Town Code pertaining to Itinerant
Vendors is hereby waived for the Leesburg Volunteer Fire
Company for the purpose of holding a carnival at Fireman's
Field from July 5 through July 10, 1976.
PASSED this 23rd day of June , 1976.
