TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING CONNECTION AND USE OF THE J. LUPTON
SIMPSON MIDDLE SCHOOL TRUNK SEWER LINE.
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County Public Schools has requested
connection and use of the J. Lupton Simpson Middle School trunk
sewer line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town
of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows:
That the manager is hereby authorized and directed to per-
mit connection and use of the J. Lupton Simpson Middle School to
the town's sewer system under the following conditions:
A. That such permission shall be granted without prejudice
to the town's right to collect availability fees in
line with Section 15-14 of the Code.
B. That such permission does not authorize acceptance of
the J. Lupton Simpson Middle School trunk line into
the town's sewer system.
