RESOLUTION NO. 76-112 ADOPTED July 14~ 1976
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT
WITH BENGTSON-DeBELL FOR SUPPLEMENTAL SURVEYING
SERVICES RELATED TO TOWN BRANCH AND NORTH FORK
STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia as follows:
That the Town Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with Bengtson-DeBell for supplemental surveying
services related to Town Branch and North Fork Storm Drain-
age Improvement Project at a cost not to exceed $4,200.
