APPOINTING JOHN W. TOLBERT, JR. TO TOWN COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That John W. Tolbert, Jr. be appointed to fill the unexpired
Council term of Mary Anne Newman, who resigned as of June
30, 1976.
