AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH CHESAPEAKE & POTOMAC
TELEPHONE COMPANY RE COMKEY PHONE SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That the Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute an agreement with the Chesapeake and Potomac
Telephone Company of the Bell System providing for a
3-year "initial contract period" and incorporating the
provisions for Comkey 1434 phone service in accordance
with a proposal from Ron Slusher, Communications Con-
sultant, dated July 12, 1976.
