BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the T~wn of Leesburg, Virginia as
follows:
That the Manager is authorized and directed to transmit a letter to
the Area Director of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,
describing objections to the application of Housing America for Section 8
eligibility for Loudoun House Apartments, as contained in a~August 2, 1976
memorandum to council.
