A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH BENGTSON-DeBELL, INC.
~OR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 1976 WATERWORKS
IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
That the manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with Bengtson-DeBell, Inc., Consulting Engineers
and Surveyors, P. O. Box 429, Centreville, Virginia 22020, for
engineering services for the 1976 waterworks improvements as des-
cribed in the July 19, 1976 request for proposals and the August 10,
1976 proposal for engineering services for 1976 waterworks improve-
ments from Bengtson-DeBell, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $64,675.00.
