RESOLUTION NO. 76-144 ADOPTED September 8. 1976
A RESOLUTION: MAKING APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, John W. Davison, Jr. tendered his resignation as
a member of the Leesburg Planning Commission on March 31, 1975,
and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Davison was appointed for a term of
office to expire on December 31, 1977:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town
of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows:
That James L. Griffith is hereby appointed a
member of the Leesburg Planning Commission to fill the unexpired
term of John W. Davison, Jr.
