ESTABLISHING A DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Vir-
ginia, as follows:
SECTION I. That the organization for management of Community
Services as outlined in a memorandum dated August 27, 1976 from
the mg~ager is'hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the following additional appropriations
for a "Department of Engineering" are hereby made for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1977:
