AMENDING RESOLUTION #04-100 PROVIDING FOR A SENIOR
CITIZEN SEWER REBATE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #04-100 thc Mayor and Council instituted a
Senior Citizen Sewer Rebate Program to be effective for resident senior citizens
who have attained thc age of 65 by January 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, it was intended that said Senior Rebate Program be available to
resident senior citizens who have attained the age of 65 by December 31, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution #04-100 be and is
hereby amended to reflect that resident senior citizens who have attained the age of
65 by December 31, 2004 shall be eligible for thc above referenced sewer relief
program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the Resolution be forwarded to thc
Tax Office.
