AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH KAMSTRA, DICKERSON AND
ASSOCIATES FOR THE 1976 OLD AND HISTORIC DISTRICT
PLANNING PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Vir-
ginia, as follows:
That the manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with Kamstra, Dickerson and Associates, 1608
Washington Plaza, Reston, Virginia, for planning and architectural
services as described in the work program for the 1976 Old and
Historic District Planning Program and the August 5, 1976 pro-
posal submitted by Kamstra, Dickerson and Associates at a cost
not to exceed $15,000.
