AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF A CAB AND CHASSIS AND
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Vir-
ginia, as follows:
SECTION I. That the manager is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase a new 1977 cab-chassis from Bishop & Criste
Pontiac-GMC, Inc. equipped in accordance with the specifications
issued by the Director of Public Works at a cost not to exceed
$7,953.29, and also to proceed with the remounting of the bed
and salt spreader.
SECTION II. That the following additional appropriation is
made for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977:
