A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH VEPCO FOR STREET
LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter into
an agreement with VEPCO for installation of new street lighting
facilities as shown below at an installation cost not to exceed
$8,3~t.53:
