AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH T&M ASSOCIATES-
WATERFRONT PARK PHASE II
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of special engineering services to design
and prepare bid specifications for decorative lighting at the Waterfront Park Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer, Donald J. Norbut, has submitted a proposal to
perform said professional services at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has reviewed said proposal and the Chief Financial
Officer has certified that the funds are, or wilt be, available to perform said engineering
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That T&M Associates is hereby authorized to design and prepare bid
specifications for decorative lighting at the Waterfront Park at a total cost not to
exceed $1,000.00.
2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract.
3. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and T&M Associates.
Adopted this 25th day of March, 2004
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on March 26, 2004.
