DENYING A REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMPLET-
ION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, B. P. OIL, INC.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
That the request for extension of the time allowed
for completion of public improvements for the B. P. Oil,
inc. site plan is denied.
