SmarterCuts Salon Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon
Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, October 2, 2010
Leesburg, VA (September 28, 2010) – At 12:30 pm, on Saturday, October 2, 2010, Town of
Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for SmarterCuts Salon, located at 705 East
Market Street, Suite C. Vice Mayor Kevin Wright will be officiating.
SmarterCuts Salon owner Kim Dang has centered her business on a philosophy of personalized
service in a clean and comfortable environment that is welcoming and affordable to everyone.
SmarterCuts Salon offers a full range of hair salon and nail services, featuring Redken hair care
products and OPI nail products. Located in the Prosperity Center shopping plaza, SmarterCuts
Salon is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on
Saturday; and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, please visit

The ribbon cutting for SmarterCuts Salon will coincide with Prosperity Center’s Fall Festival
celebration. The festival will feature scarecrow making, a moonbounce, raffles and specials
from the shops and restaurants located in the center. The festival runs from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on
October 2nd. Attendees at the festival will receive a 10% coupon off all SmarterCuts value
package deals including style, color, partial and full highlights, straightening, perm and “Head-
to-Toe” services.
