WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to'file a financial report to the State of Iowa Auditor's 9 Office for year ending June 30, 2011. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally recognized newspaper,the completed financial report.
