RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN A.
WALLACE, JR. AND THOMAS W. NALLS, TRUSTEES, FOR
REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION
UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF
VIRGINIA, 1950, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The application of John A. Wallace, Jr. and Thomas W. Nalls,
Trustees, for revision of the zoning district map, assigned
Application No. ZM-16, is received and referred to the Planning
Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter
11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
