RELEASING PERFORmaNCE BOND OF PAUL E. BRADSHAW,
INC. FOR SEWER LINE INSTALLATION AND ACCEPTING
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE FOR SAME.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
That the Performance Bond of Paul E. Bradshaw, Inc. in the
amount of $7,200, for sewer line installation on Dry Mill~Road
be released, and that a certified check in the amount of $360
be accepted as a mmintenance guarantee for one year.
PASSED this 12th d~ of January , 1977.
