A RESOLUTION: RELEASING PERFORMANCE BOND ON CRESTWOOD
HAMLET, SECTION 2-A
RESOLVED that the Performance Bond for improvements
on Section 2-A of Crestwood Hamlet in the amount of
$142,767 be released upon submission of a Maintenance Bond
in the amount of $7,138 and approval of same by the Town
Attorney.
PASSED this 26th day of January, 1977.
