DISAPPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF TRANSAMERICAN AIRPORTS,
INC. LEASE AT LEESBURG MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
This Council disapproves the assignment agreement dated Aug-
ust 26, 1976 as severally amended on September 2 and December 8,
1976 between Transamerican Airports, Inc. and Leesburg Aviation
Corporation of an agreement entered into by the Town on December
21, 1964 as amended by agreement dated May 11, 1966 with Chantilly
Aviation, Inc. assigned to Transamerican Airports, Inc. by agree-
ment dated July 23, 1969 for the lease of a portion of Leesburg
Municipal Airport, Godfrey Field.
