A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER FROM
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, has
determined that it is necessary to transfer the sum of Forty
Eight Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($48,200.00) from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund in order
to provide funds to establish the Greencastle Dispatch Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of
the City of Greencastle, Indiana, pursuant to IC 6- 7- 1- 31.1(c)a
total sum of Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($48,200.00) be transferred from the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund to the General Fund.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, this 23rd day of July, 1991.
