A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH JOHNSON AND WILLIAMS,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR WASTEWATER FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS.
RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with Johnson and Williams, Inc.,
Consulting Engineers, Vienna, Virginia 22180, for engineering
services for design of wastewater facilities as described in the
Wastewater Management Facilities Plan approved by this Council
on January 12, 1977 in an amount not to exceed $316,350.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon
approval by the State Water ~ntrol Board of the town's Waste-
water Management Facilities Plan as approved by this Council
on January 12, 1977 and final approval of the town's application
to the State Water Control Board and the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency for a Step II grant to pay 75 percent of the
costs of the engineering services authorized in this resolution.
