AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO
APPLICATION AND EXHIBITS RELATING TO FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FOR THE DESIGN AND/OR CONSTRUCTION
OF WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to make
application to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (Grant
No. C-510590-02) for a Step II grant for design of wastewater
treatment and distribution facilities as described in the Facili-
ties Plan approved by the Council on January 12, 1977.
SECTION II. John Niccolls, Town Manager, is hereby desig-
nated to represent the Town of Leesburg, Virginia in matters re-
lating to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency financial
assistance for wastewater facilities improvements.
