IMPLEMENTING A SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO
REDUCE EXCESSIVE INFILTRATION AND INFLOW.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Town of Leesburg will, as funds become available, imple-
ment a sewer rehabilitation program as indicated by the sewer
system evaluation survey to be conducted as part of Phase II
Wastewater Management Facility Plan. The schedule of rehabilitat-
ion to reduce excessive infiltration and inflow into the sewerage
system will be consistent with treatment facilities construction
and federal regulations.
