BE IT i~SOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION 1. That State Division of Justice and Crime
Prevention Grant No. 76-A3826 entitled "Improvement of Detection
and Apprehension of Criminals" in the amount of $10,556 is accepted.
SEC%IO,.~! 2 That the Town Manager is authorized and directed
to sign the "Special Conditions for Action Grant Awards" evidencing
acceptance of the said Grant Award.
