PRESENTED March 9, 1977 ADOPTED March 9. 1977 A RESOLUTION: COMMENTING ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF THE CRICKENBERGER TRACT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows: SECTION I. The proposed rezoning of the Crickenberger Tract from A-3 to R-2 as described in County of Loudoun Zoning Map Amendment Petition dated January 5, 1977 is not opposed. SECTION II. However, water and sewer service from the town is not available to land outside the town. SECTION III.. The Manager is authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the County of Loudoun Planning Department as this Council's response to the proposed rezoning request.
