A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1977.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. An appropriation in the amount of $60,000.00 is
hereby made to Account No. 10110.808 (c) South Harrison Street
Extension for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977.
SECTION II. A loan of unencumbered Utility Fund balances in
the amount of $60,000.00 is hereby authorized to the General Fund
to be repaid from future revenues of the General Fund with inter-
est at six percent per annum compounded annually.
