CONCERNING SEWER SERVICE CHARGES FOR J. LUPTON
SIMPSON MIDDLE SCHOOL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to answer the letter dated April 7,
1977 from J. B. Vorous, Chairman of the Loudoun County School
Board, and to advise the School Board that the Leesburg Town
Council has decided that the most desirable approach to resolve
the rate issue would be to have it submitted to a court of com-
petent jurisdiction for a decision.
