APPROVING PERFORMANCE BOND FOR COMMONWEALTH BANK
AND TRUST
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Performance Bond for completion of public improvements for
Commonwealth Bank and Trust in the amount of $3,972.65 is hereby
approved.
