A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRIC SERVICES FROM
THE VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to execute the standard
"Agreement for the Purchase of Electricity and Electric Services by
Municipalities and Counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia from
Virginia Electric and Power Company" for the period from July 1,
1976 to June 30, 1979.
