A RESOLUTION: APPROPRIATION FOR UTILITY RELOCATION IN LOUDOUN STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. An appropriation of $10,364.53 is hereby made to
Account Number 10300.819, Utility Relocations.
SECTION II. This appropriated amount, when paid to Hercules
Construction Corporation, will represent full payment for the reloca-
tion of the water main in Loudoun Street required for the Phase III
Storm Drainage Improvements.
