AUTHORIZING MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH WEST-
MORELAND DAVIS MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Agree-
ment with the Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation, Inc., dated
May 12, 1977, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the
Clerk of Council, and to submit it to the Foundation for signa-
ture.
PASSED this 19th day of May , 1977.
