TOWN OF LEESBURG

AUTHORIZING MANAGER TO ESTABLISH A RULE RESTRICTING
USE OF TOWN'S WATER SYSTEM IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
AND ENFORCE SUCH RULE AND DIRECTING MANAGER TO PRE-
PARE AMENDMENT TO WATER ORDINANCE REGARDING SAME.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized to establish a rule
restricting the use of the Town's water system in emergency situa-
tions and to enforce such a rule at such time as he and the Mayor
think it is necessary.
SECTION II. The Manager is directed to prepare an amendment
to the Water Ordinance regarding the above.
