AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING BOND TO
GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN PARKER SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1, 2 AND 3.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia,
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to execute the standard
agreement, and certified check in the amount of $9,771.00 is ap-
proved, both of which are to guarantee installation of public im-
provements in Parker Subdivision, Lots 1, 2 and 3, in accordance
with plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
