“Village”), DOES HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:
The following are now, and have been continuously since the dates of beginning of their
respective terms shown below, and in particular on November 17, 2020 and January 12, 2021, the
respective dates on which Ordinance No. 2020-05 (the “Ordinance”) and Resolution No. 2021-03
(the “Resolution,” and collectively with the Ordinance, the “Bond Ordinance”) authorizing the
issuance of not exceeding $11,300,000 Village of Key Biscayne, Florida, Capital Improvement
Revenue Refunding Bond , Series 2021 (the “Bond”), were adopted, the duly elected, qualified
and acting members of the Council, and the dates of the beginning and ending of their respective
terms are hereunder correctly designated opposite their names.
