AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS FROM CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana passed an annual
budget for calendar year 2008 on September 27th, 2007 (Ordinance No. 82-2007); and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following funds:
1. General Fund — Police Department - $ 170,000.00
2. General Fund — Human Resources - $ 35,000.00
3. General Fund — Board of Works - $ 200,000.00
4. Cumulative Capital Development - $ 70,000.00
5. Richmond Municipal Airport - $ 7,000.00

Richmond, Indiana.
