RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Fiscal year 1978 Northern Virginia Regional Criminal Justice
Plan, dated May, 1977, as prepared by the Northern Virginia Planning
District Commission is hereby endorsed.
