In January of 2004 Board members adopted Resolution 200402 to hm~t the
compensabon Board Members could receive The effect of Resolubon 2004 02 was to
hm~t remunerabon for Board meetings to a maximum of 24 annual meebng by making
only the regular meebngs (2 per month) of the Board ehg~ble for compensahon
