A RESOLUTION: AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH WESTMORELAND DAVIS MEMORIAL
FOUNDATION, INC.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Section l(b) of the Agreement with the Westmoreland Davis
Memorial Foundation, Inc., dated May 27, 1977 and approved by
Resolution No. 77-83 is amended to read:
1 (b). The connection shall be only for the benefit and
use of the presently existing facilities and fu-
ture facilities erected within the charitable
purposes of the Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foun-
dation, Inc.
