AUTHORIZING AN AGREEM~NT WITH MERVYN C.
TIMBERLAKE, JR.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into
an agreement with Mervyn C. Timberlake, Jr. for financial
consulting services at the rate of $25.00 per hour, plus
expenses, at a cost not to exceed $500.00.
