A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF MAINTENANCE BOND FOR BELMONT
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the subdivider/developer for Belmont Subdivision
has completed all public improvements in accordance with Town
Standards and Specifications, and these have been inspected
and approved and as-built plans have been submitted and approved.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Section I. The public improvements in Belmont Subdivision
are accepted for public use by the Town.
Section II. The maintenance bond in the amount of $4,736,
approved by the Town Attorney, is accepted.
PASSED this 13th day of July, 1977.
