TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LAND AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR
THE EXTENSION OF SOUTH HARRISON STREET.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to pur-
chase, on behalf of the Town, a certain tract of land of approxi-
mately 38,174 square .feet owned by Leesburg Grain and Feed Co.,
Inc. and/or Herbert Bryant Associates in the Town and shown on a
plat made by Loudoun Engineering and Surveys, Inc. on March 7,
1973 and updated March 5, 1977, for $60,000.00 cash for a good
and proper deed approved by the Town Attorney, provided a good
and proper deed for release of all rights-of-way over the land
is secured from Harry Sollars as provided below.
SECTION II. Harry Sollars shall be paid $500.00 for release
of rights-of-way over Herbert Bryant Associates land at the same
time a good and proper deed is delivered to the Town by Leesburg
Grain and Feed Co., Inc. and/or Herbert Bryant Associates.
SECTION III. An appropriation in the amount of $60,500.00
is hereby made to Account No. 10110.8~0, South Harrison Street
Extension, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978.
