RESOLUTION NO. 77-136 ADOPTED July 27, 1977
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING BOND TO
GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN
COLONIAL SQUARE.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to execute
the standard agreement, and the certified check in the amount of
$7,027.00 presented by Tri-County Construction, Inc. is approved.
Both the agreement and check are to guarantee installation of public
improvements in Colonial Square, in accordance with plans approved by
the Director of Engineering.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon approval
of the preliminary plan for Colonial Square by the Planning Commission.
