AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVID]N; FOR SAIARY OF CERI'AIN
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY AND PROVIDIN3 FOR THE
METHOD OF PAYMENI' THEREOF AND REPEAL]N; ORDINAN:E NO. 107.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERN]N; BOOY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE:
SECI'ION 1. There is hereby established and provided the follCMing salaries
for the following designated officers and employees of the City:
Municipal Judge...................$lOO.OO per session of court
Clerk of the Municipal Court......$ 25.00 per session of court
Director of Public Safety and Protection
(Chief of Police).................$500.00 per annum
SEcrION 2. METHOD OF PAYMENI'
The foregoing salaries may be paid in rronthly, quarterly or annual
payments in a prcper proportionate arrounts as nay be deerred advisable
by the Treasurer of the City.
SECI'ION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its publication in the
official city newspaper.
SEcrION 4. Ordinance Number 107 is hereby repealed.
