AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AND APPROVING WATERAND SEWER EXTENSIONS FOR
CARRVALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to execute
the standard agreement for public improvements for Carrvale Sub-
division, Section Two. Two Performance Bonds of Republic Insurance
Company, Bond #920134 in the amount of $205,361.00 and Bond #920135
in the amount of $125,648.00, are approved. Both the agreement
and the performance bonds guarantee installation of public improve-
ments in Carrvale Subdivision, Section Two, in accordance with
plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
SECTION II. Extension of the municipal water and sewer works
for Carrvale Subdivision, Section Two, is approved.
