AUTHORIZING REVISION OF A CONTRACT WITH LEAZER
PUMP AND WELL COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to revise the contract
with Leazer Pump and Well Company provided for in Resolution
No. 77-57 to provide for up to five test wells at a cost not to
exceed $18,000.00 and one cased and grouted well at a cost not
to exceed $7,000.00.
