RESOLUTION NO. 65 -452
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
REPORT AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
THEREON
(Vehicle Parking District No. 4)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 65 -439, in the proceeding for the
formation of Vehicle Parking District No. 4, this City Council ordered
a report prepared by William H. Krelle, Assessment Engineer, under and
pursuant to the provisions of the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931; and
WHEREAS, said Assessment Engiineer has prepared said report
and presented the same to this City Council and this City Council has
examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said report be and the same is hereby approv
ed and the City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse the fact and date
of such approval on said report and to file said report in the office
of said Clerk.
Section 2. That May 27v 1965, at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock
P. M. is hereby fixed as the time, and the public Council Chambers of
this City Council in the City Hall in said city is hereby fixed as the
place of hearing on said report, and such hearing shall be held by
this City Council.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of said city is hereby
directed to give notice of said time and place of hearing by mailing
a copy of the notice thereof in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 2850 and 2855, inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 12th day of April, 1965.
