I. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by President Shelley at 7 : 38 P.M.
Members Present: Barbara Green, Edward Shelley, Daniel Wendin
Katherine Duffy and Nonette Hanko
Members Absent: Richard Bishop and Harry Turner
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench, Jon Olson, Craig Britton
and Stanley Norton
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board recessed to Executive Session to discuss land nego-
tiations and personnel matters.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board reconvened to adjourn at 11: 55 P.M.
